App: Lorebind (the "App") · Effective: June 17, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the App provided by Yuichiro Suzuki (the "Provider"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Apple's Standard License Agreement (the Apple Standard EULA) also applies to the App, and these Terms supplement it.
You shall use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Copyright and all other rights in the world settings, text, images, and other content you create in the App belong to you. The Provider claims no rights over this content. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
You must not violate any laws, infringe the rights of third parties, or perform unauthorized modification, analysis, or interference with the App.
The App is free to use, with some features offered through the paid plan "Lorebind Plus." All purchases, payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Apple's App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the link inside the App. After canceling, data created during your paid period remains available.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Provider, the Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Because the App stores data on your device, the Provider is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, loss, reset, or similar. Please back up your data yourself as needed (for example, using the export feature).
The Provider may change the App's content or discontinue the service after giving prior notice to users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location.
The Provider may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
